Work included Bid Package B (Building Enclosure) and Bid Package C (Building finishes) on this new 41,000 SF high tech research facility. Specifically work included the steel and precast erection, site utilities, sitework, parking lots, concrete slabs, toppings, interior and all interior finishes. Additionally there are three Class 100 ultra clean Cleanrooms and three Class 10,000 ultra clean Cleanrooms.
