This project is a 24,516 sq. ft. insulated, flat panel with exposed aggregate finish, pre-cast concrete building. Consisting of a 38’ x 94’ Wash Bay, a 65’ x 94’ Mechanic Bay, an 88’ x 94’ Equipment Set-up Area, a 31’ x 94’ Parts Room, Locker Room, Restroom, Forman’s Office, Mechanical Room, and Daily Task Room with a 2nd floor area consisting of a Training Room, Restroom, and a Lunch Room with a Kitchenette. There is a 64’ x 57’ attached office area consisting of 5-offices, bookkeeping area, work room, 2-conference rooms, and a reception area with a second story consisting of and office break room, mechanical room, rest room, phone and data room and space for future expansion. The entire building has floor heat and is heated and cooled with a geothermal horizontal loop system.
