This project consisted of a single-story, 25,414 square-foot addition to the existing New Town High School. The new facility houses the following:
- 365,000 cubic foot gymnasium
- Concession area
- Locker rooms
- Mechanical mezzanine
A 98-stall parking area was also added to support parking for events at the gymnasium.
