A new 143,000 SF masonry retail store, fueling station, and all associated site work. Along with the main sales floor and grocery areas, additional spaces included a vision center, photo lab, pharmacy, tire and battery center, and snack bar as well as all necessary support spaces.
In addition to the Moorhead project, Comstock completed an extensive remodeling project at their Fargo, ND location.
