Smith Motors GM Remodel

Remodeling of a 22,880 SF car dealership to meet current GM dealer standards. The 4,200 SF sales floor layout was completely reconfigured with updated customer lounge, restrooms, offices, sales desks, reception area, and vehicle display spaces. The existing accounting and retail parts area was renovated to add spaces for a service parts counter, parts office and service manager office. The interior and exterior finishes were upgraded throughout the entire facility.
