I’ve worked with Comstock Construction on four major renovation and building projects over the past 10 years. They have consistently delivered projects at or under budget and, most importantly, on schedule. They have been flexible to work with and accommodating of the unique challenges that come with healthcare facilities operating 24/7. Their team cleans up […]

Comstock has been an ideal partner to work with for our building project.  Their communication, organization, quality of workmanship, attention to detail, and flexibility to the dynamics of working in an active school setting are unsurpassed.  When presented with our ambitious goals for a construction schedule, they have not only met our hopes—they have surpassed […]

Comstock Construction’s team has been a treat to work with. If I could do every project with them, I would have a heckuva lot better job.

Comstock Construction has been a great partner on multiple projects, from window replacements to concrete work and leak investigations. They’re responsive, thorough, and easy to work with. They do a great job identifying problems and providing effective, long-lasting solutions. Comstock’s work has consistently met our expectations.

Our stance has always been that Comstock Construction does quality work and we are happy to partner with them when possible.

Comstock’s concrete crew is top notch. Each year the City receives quotes for concrete repairs on curb and gutter, sidewalk, and concrete street repairs. When Comstock gets the project I feel really good about the outcome of the project.

Comstock Construction has been my “911” call for emergency repairs including: watermain breaks, water valve replacement, hydrant replacements etc. Whenever I call them with an emergency, they quickly mobilize their resources and equipment and come to my aid. When they are done, I know the job is done right!

One of the most remarkable aspects of Comstock Construction is their steadfast dedication to assisting and coordinating activities amidst the recent labor shortages that have affected our industry. Despite the challenges posed by these shortages, Comstock Construction has consistently exhibited understanding, flexibility, and proactive problem-solving, ensuring the seamless progress and successful outcomes of our projects. The pre- construction process helped us realize […]

I have nothing but great things to say about the Comstock team. From concept to finish, the support provided is second to none. Not only does the finished product always match the vision discussed, but in my multiple experiences, we have come in favorable to budget and on-time!

I was very confident after our first meeting that we could make the project successful. Our total cost came in under budget. I give a lot of credit to the Comstock team for making suggestions to the architect and to me that saved us considerable amounts of money and time.

Because of Comstock Construction’s experience on healthcare projects, they have a clear understanding of the impact construction has on patient care and the importance of timelines, project budget management, safety and security challenges. Comstock Construction, from their owners to the on-site staff, have always performed with a high level of integrity.
