A new two-story, 24-unit tribal apartment building. The apartments are all 1-bedroom units with 547 SF of space in the standard units and 594 SF in the two ADA units. Additional spaces include a community room, storage lockers, laundry room, and management office. Several design features were incorporated to increase building efficiency including Structurally Insulated Panels (SIP) at the exterior walls and a geothermal heating system.
